Don’t worry if you have never done sales before, not many people in the company come from a sales background. It is our role to develop the necessary sales skills in people.

How quickly can i progress?

That depends on the individual. For people on the business development programme, the speed of progression, and if people do succeed or not, is determined by themselves as it is a criteria based system.
